Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
• Installs, repairs and maintains hardware of ATM’s and related devices.
• Produces and maintains equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications.
• Provides multi-vendor maintenance.
• Maintains day-to-day customer relationships; updates customers on equipment modifications; escalates issues.
• Diagnose problems – based on the information provided in assigned call as well as working with the customer to determine all issues at the site.
• Responsible for ownership of customer issues until resolution according to SLA agreements.
• Daily process the movement of stock and nature of the callout details on the mobile app.
• Communicate status updates with your electronic call notes throughout the day.
• Deal with customers and third-party service providers telephonically and in-person.
• Travel within South Africa to perform ATM’s and related devices servicing, installations and repairs.
• Be available on the stand-by roster on weekends, public holidays or weekend shift work, when required.

Technical Application
• Applies working knowledge of assigned product line(s)
• Applies policies, procedures and basic diagnostic techniques
• Develops sales and lead generation skills
• Trouble shoots more advanced modules
• Conflict resolution and Escalation procedures
• Complete NCR specific Certification based on business/district needs and assigned areas
• Complete business/district specific training (i.e. T&T training) as prescribed by manager

Basic Qualifications
• Grade 12 or NQF 4 Equivalent
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Comptia A+ Certification is advantageous

Minimum Experience
• Prior technical experience in the ATM/ related field is essential 3-5 years.
• Computer Literate
• Proficient in English
• Valid South African Driving License (Code B/8)
