Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Exports Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the production and shipping of bespoke products for major clients in Asia & ROW. The role involves managing day-to-day export logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers and partners, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timely and accurate shipments of goods (LCL and FCL)

  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents

  • Identify and fix shipping errors

  • Oversee production timelines

  • Receive PO orders from customers and maintaining excellent customer service at all times

  • Creating and managing product and production specification sheets

  • Checking & management of product & project costings

  • Purchasing and dispatch administration with a focus on timely and accurate processing

  • Raising contracts and liaising with factories and suppliers

  • Arranging international shipping consignments and processing shipping documents

  • Processing of proof of collection notes

  • Updating internal company systems and databases

  • Booking in customer Shipments via Maersk & DHL

  • Working closely with the Export Team to achieve stock shipment deadlines

  • Monitoring production and components from start-to end process


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in warehousing, export logistics and international shipping and Incoterms

  • Knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation

  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Intermediate to Advanced user in Excel and Microsoft 365

  • Experience of monitoring production and components from start-to end process

  • Excellent Attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Strong oral and written command of English with the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Strong numerical aptitude and currency conversion proficiency

 

 

The ideal candidate must be able to multi task, have experience in managing high volumes of emails, a team player and hard working with a sense of humour!!
