Key Responsibilities

Our successful Retention Specialist:

  • Is responsible for end-to-end retention, including implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Will execute robust retention-based marketing strategies across multiple channels and optimize player engagement throughout their lifecycle.

  • Drives strategy to support operational excellence and business transformation.

  • Promotes optimization through relevant and innovative business concepts.

  • Stays abreast of technology and industry trends to continuously enhance customer experience and offerings.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to maximize customer experience, efficiency, profitability, and productivity.

  • Works both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality, consistent, and accurate output.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Matric (NQF 4)

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Management (NQF 5)

  • At least five years’ experience in a similar role
