Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Document Clerk to join our team at Wrapsa (Pty) Ltd. In this role, you will assist in managing and organizing essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility within our document management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, filing, and retrieval of company documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to improve document accessibility
  • Support the team in data entry tasks related to document management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation procedures are followed
  • Participate in quality control checks to identify and rectify discrepancies in documents
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Familiarity with document management systems or database software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  • Basic knowledge of document management principles and practices
  • Experience with data entry and document processing software
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and scanners
