HR director will act as a strategic business partner, responsible for aligning HR strategies with the GCC's goals, managing talent acquisition and development, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations and compliance. This role bridges the parent company's culture with the new location, advises leadership, drives initiatives like performance management, and works with specialized HR functions to deliver programs. Role is to build a talent pipeline, managing a diverse workforce, driving digital transformation, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and using data analytics to inform decisions Job Duties: Essential Functions: Strategic HR partnership : Partner to develop the culture and practices needed to enable business priorities. Acts as a strategic advisor to the GCC leadership on HR related matters. Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with the company's global and Local business objectives. Learning and Development: Oversee talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds. Develop and implement workforce plans, succession plans, and performance management processes. Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities. Employee engagement and culture: Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution. HR operations and compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
