We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards to meet our customers' needs.


Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and timely delivery.

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize excess inventory, and reduce costs associated with storage and obsolescence.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately and plan inventory accordingly.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures throughout the supply chain.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.



Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce environment.

Skills:

◦ Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
