Role Description

The Trainee Barista & Service role is a rotation between barista training and a customer facing role that bring the Alostro ethos to life. This is a hands-on opportunity to build both craft and character; learning how to make exceptional coffee and how to create a premium yet welcoming space where people feel seen, heard, and connected. The Day-to-Day functions include:

  1. Craft-Driven Barista Work

a. Learn to prepare high-quality coffee with precision and pride

b. Understand the story behind each bean, each brew, each rituals

c. Help customers see coffee as more than a drink, but as an experience

  1. Front-of-House & Community Engagement

a. Greet every guest with warmth, authenticity, and energy.

b.Connect with people, not just serve them

c. Share Alostro's purpose-driven mission in everyday moments
