Administrative & Executive Support

You will assist leadership and different teams by :

Managing confidential documents and correspondence

Scheduling meetings and taking minutes

Managing diaries and calendars for leaders

Acting as both an executive and personal assistant when required

Handling travel bookings for staff and visitors

Helping with HR administration

Assisting with recruitment activities

Managing company drivers

Helping maintain a professional, organised, and enjoyable workplace

You will handle important tasks that keep the office running smoothly :

Managing office supplies and ensuring stock never runs out

Handling maintenance, cleaners, contractors, and suppliers

Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors

Coordinating courier and messenger services

Organising document deliveries and letters

Maintaining filing and storage systems

Running errands such as buying gifts, Friday drinks, banking, and postal runs

Informing administration when materials are running low

Overseeing cleaning staff and working with the building manager on maintenance issues

Managing office matters such as parking, fire drills, and general upkeep
