Maintains working knowledge of telehealth policy and regulation to guide virtual health programs and projects. Oversees resource and time management initiatives and applications, and manages the intake and delivery of virtual health projects for the team. Provides mentoring to project team members in regards to departmental, organizational and personnel issues and serves as a resource for change management, staff development and cross training.
