The Global Sustainability team within PepsiCo defines the strategic agenda for these pillars and builds solutions and capabilities across our sectors to meet our pep+ goals. We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to provide administrative support two of the Vice Presidents supporting the Sustainability Agenda – Vice President, Global Sustainable Packaging and Vice President, Positive Agriculture, as well as their teams. The leaders are located in Plano, TX and Seattle, WA and their teams are in varied locations across the US and International Sectors. Responsibilities Maintain calendars, travel itineraries and on-time expense reports for leaders, with extensive and complex international travel on a regular basis. Organize, schedule and support logistics for large and small team meetings, field visits for executives on farms, and off-sites including all logistics and reservations as well as on-site upon request. Support meeting facilitation (virtual breakout sessions, online surveys, notes & polls) Arrange scheduling with complex calendars of PepsiCo executives, internal and external participants; proactively identify and solve conflicts. Organize agendas, take notes, and send out meeting recaps with next steps and follow-up on completion as requested, leveraging AI and other tools for best-in-class efficiency and connectivity Set up, maintain, and manage an annual calendar of key meetings, forums, speaking engagements and other key activities for the packaging and agriculture teams Effectively leverage digital tools including AI, pepGPT, AirTable, Microsoft office suite, and others in support of the teams Effectively manage communications through phone, email and TEAMs chats Manage, prepare and file all expense reports for the executives in proactive and timely fashion and ensure proper documentation Maintain organizational charts, phone lists, email distribution lists and other team information. Maintain team file storage and filing organization as needed Foster a positive workplace culture by planning team activities and organizing connects/ celebrations/ recognition events (both in-person and virtually) Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
