Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Automation & Workflows * Build and optimize advanced HubSpot workflows (Marketing, Sales & Service)
  • Create logic-based automations using if/then branches, delays, goals, and re-enrollment rules
  • Prevent automation conflicts and workflow overlaps
  • CRM & Lifecycle Management * Set up and manage lifecycle stages, lead statuses, deal pipelines, and properties
  • Ensure accurate lead movement from opt-in → nurture → strategy call → client
  • Implement suppression logic (e.g. stop emails once a call is booked)
  • Email & Funnel Automation * Support multistep email sequences tied to webinars, reports, and offers
  • Ensure clean segmentation based on behavior, form submissions, and engagement
  • Help improve open rates, click-throughs, and booking conversions
  • Audits & Optimization
  • Audit existing HubSpot setup and identify issues, inefficiencies, or risks
  • Recommend improvements for scalability and clarity
  • Clean up outdated workflows, properties, and lists


  • Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure correct tracking of: * Strategy call bookings
  • Funnel conversions
  • Lead sources & attribution
  • Assist with dashboards and performance reporting
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have

*Proven experience as a HubSpot Automation / CRM Specialist


  • Deep understanding of:
  • HubSpot workflows
  • Lists (active & static)
  • Lifecycle stages
  • Deal pipelines
  • Custom properties
  • Strong logic-based thinking (automation architecture, not just execution)
  • Experience working with lead funnels and booking systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with high-ticket funnels or consulting businesses
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with booking tools (Calendly, OnceHub, etc.)
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices
  • Experience working with fast-moving marketing teams
