The Sr. HubSpot Solutions Consultant will lead enterprise-level HubSpot engagements, shape solutions, and build lasting client partnerships, ensuring projects meet technical requirements and achieve business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise client engagements on the HubSpot platform including implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom developments
  • Translate client business objectives into strategic HubSpot-centered roadmaps with consideration to existing client systems and integration needs
  • Build scalable, multi-hub solutions that leverage advanced HubSpot features such as custom objects, workflows, Operations Hub, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • Design clear, documented solution frameworks (i.e., diagrams, process maps) to align clients and delivery teams
  • Establish best practices for data governance, hygiene, and technical solutioning across client CRM implementations and RevOps engagements
  • Assist in feasibility assessments by evaluating platform capabilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for client stakeholders, including executive leadership teams, building trust and long-term partnerships
  • Assess technical feasibility and strategic alignment of client engagements; facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and steering committees to shape solutions that are aligned with the client’s business goals
  • Translate complex technical designs into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences
  • Manage UAT processes, secure stakeholder sign-offs, and ensure client adoption of delivered solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation and scalable processes for each engagement
  • Lead consultants within internal project teams by setting direction, clarifying priorities, and ensuring high-quality solutions and execution
  • Oversee the overall health of the engagement: budget, utilization, delivery risks, light resource allocation, and overall client satisfaction
  • Delegate and provide QA for engagement deliverables ensuring quality across client engagements
  • Contribute to practice-wide process development, service offerings, and thought leadership that reinforce A8’s reputation
  • Own overall engagement success by ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget while providing high-value outcomes
  • Help identify and scope delivery expansions, renewals, and change orders within client accounts
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to update project details such as task management, delivery dates, hours burndown, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategy
  • Support additional sales opportunities through solutioning, project scoping, and executive-level presentations

Skills

  • Deep proficiency across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs
  • Ability to design complex, multi-hub architecture and integrations
  • 5+ years in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or CRM/RevOps implementations
  • Proven success in working cross-functionally on multiple client engagements
  • Data modeling, migrations, CRM API/webhooks, and third-party integrations (i.e., Salesforce, NetSuite, middleware tools)
  • Strong architectural and governance skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal project teams, manage client engagements, mentor colleagues, and contribute to strategic business growth
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into business outcomes, engaging executive stakeholders, building rapport, and creating long-term partnerships
  • Advanced HubSpot certifications
