We are a growing full-service sign company based in Chicago, specializing in interior and exterior signage, awnings, canopies, printed signs, and sign permitting. As we expand, we’re seeking a dependable and energetic Virtual Assistant to support our Project Manager and help streamline operations. This is a long-term, growth-oriented position with paid training, ideal for someone seeking stability and advancement in a professional and fast-paced environment. We understand there is a big time zone difference in some country's, NOTE: Must be able to work efficiently during graveyard sift and have high energy. Position Overview: You will work directly with our Project Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks related to customer service, scheduling, CRM updates, and internal and external team coordination. This is an entity-level position designed to grow into a Project Manager role over time.
