Above all, we are purpose-driven, committed to positively impacting our people, the planet, and our global communities.</p><h3>ROLE OVERVIEW</h3><hr><p>We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-rounded <strong>Marketing and Communications Manager</strong> to help drive Croud’s marketing and communications activity across external audiences and our people.</p><p>Reporting into the Global Head of Communications, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Croud shows up in the market and how we communicate internally. You’ll manage our website and external social channels, deliver creative multi-channel campaigns, and support with owned and earned industry events, as well as employee communications.</p><p>This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across all areas of marketing—from social and CRM to SEO, PR, awards and events—building your expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll be a hands-on marketer and communicator who combines great content instincts with strong project management skills.</p><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><hr><p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p><strong>Content & Channels Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Managing Croud’s website - proactively updating content and supporting with SEO and UX optimisation with our partners and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Managing Croud’s social media channels and coordinating content calendars, ensuring a consistent, engaging brand presence, and managing paid campaigns and building performance reports.</p></li><li><p>Supporting the creation and design of compelling marketing decks, ensuring content is visually engaging and on-brand.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Campaigns & Brand Activation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supporting the delivery of Croud’s new brand proposition across digital channels and content.</p></li><li><p>Helping delivery of key industry and partner events.</p></li><li><p>Contributing to award entry writing and case study development, ensuring that our best work is consistently showcased.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Content Creation & Production</strong></p><ul><li><p>Writing engaging, on-brand copy across all channels</p></li><li><p>Creating marketing assets - coordinating with designers and/or sourcing images, video, and supporting content production yourself where appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Exploring new creative content ideas and campaign formats to drive engagement with our target audiences.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supporting and delivering internal and external marketing and communications strategies aligned to business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Working closely with HR to drive employee engagement and culture.</p></li><li><p>Supporting with internal reporting between marketing and sales teams.</p></li></ul><h3>PERSON SPECIFICATION</h3><hr><ul><li><p>We’re looking for an adaptable, hands-on marketer with <strong>experience working in a fast-paced agency environment</strong>, who’s comfortable with the speed, variety, and energy that comes with it.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be used to juggling multiple briefs, responding quickly to changing priorities, and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be an adaptable marketer who’s happy rolling your sleeves up and turning your hand to a wide range of tasks - from social posts to website updates to campaign execution.</p></li><li><p>You’ll have an eye for what grabs attention online, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be a great team player, excited to collaborate with talented colleagues across marketing, sales, and creative teams.</p></li><li><p>Highly organised, with strong project management and prioritisation skills</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in content creation, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar</p></li><li><p>Experience with copywriting, CMS management, and social scheduling platforms</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and campaign performance analysis</p></li><li><p>A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</p></li></ul><h3>COMPANY BENEFITS</h3><hr><p>Croud operates a <strong>hybrid working model</strong> with a <strong>minimum of 3 days a week</strong> based in our <strong>London office</strong> and the remaining days from home if you wish.</p><p>Croud offers a clear path to progression for all members of staff.
